We are a British couple who heard interesting tales about Bulgaria a few years ago and decided to go and have a look.  We were impressed!  We had travelled worldwide before we visited Bulgaria, and didn’t anticipate Eastern Europe would have as much of an impact on us as it has.  We can’t explain why we were so quickly taken; it just had an atmosphere and pace that appealed to us immediately.   And now we just can’t get enough of Varna, and will eventually live there permanently!

Since then we have made some very good friends in Varna and amongst them are the estate agents who first took us around.  We are now their UK marketing and advertising partners.  We take care of enquirers and clients during their property search here before visiting Bulgaria.  When a viewing trip is to be arranged, we do the organising and liaise with the Varna staff to ensure your trip goes just as smoothly as possible.

Our intention is to be on hand here in the UK to help you find your ideal property.  We will show you how to learn progressively and show you how NOT to get it wrong.  Some of our knowledge was gained by a few of our own mistakes during the purchase of our own properties, and some from meeting people out there with nightmare stories to tell about buying.

THE VARNA OFFICES

The Varna directors operate a dynamic real estate agency and are a husband and wife team (British / Bulgarian).  They employ a highly successful workforce of specialists, most of whom speak Bulgarian and English; some also speak German and Russian.

The pleasant and attractive offices are within the pedestrianised zones of downtown Varna, and within easy walking distance of the banks and offices you will need to visit when purchasing a property.

When your travel dates are confirmed, we will arrange a viewing itinerary with you in the UK and then put you in the hands of the Varna office staff.  If you decide to buy, the Varna team will take you through the buying process in a smooth and efficient manner.

Then when you arrive back in the UK, we are here to keep you completely up to date and stress free with all your transactions.
